Therapeutic Relaxation Massage - 

pain-free deep tissue techniques for total body relaxation and rejuvenation.

Aromatherapy -

choose a 60 or 90 minute aromatherapy session that includes a detailed consultation and massage, frequency healing or reiki and customized aromatherapy blend products to take with you.  

Reiki -

this calming and balancing modality can help bring your systems back into alignment. 

Chakra Balancing or 128hz tune-up -

using tuning forks specifically matched to the frequency of each Chakra the systems are cleared balanced and energized.

OR choose a Tune-up with the 128hz  tuning forks to reduce inflammation, reset nervous system communication and promote deep relaxation.

Polarity Therapy -

resets the communication in the nervous system to help break chronic pain and tension patterns. 

Prenatal Massage -

this massage is done in a side lying position with a focus on gentle myofascial opening as well as lymphatic stimulation and supportive nurturing touch. May be done at any time during pregnancy.

Hot Stone Massage -

warmed pink Himalayan salt stones gently exfoliate the skin as the heat penetrates deeply into the tissue and relaxes it. An added benefit is that the 84 trace minerals contained in the pink salt are absorbed by the skin which nourishes the body. 

Thai Massage -

this massage can be done on a table or a mat on the floor. It involves compression, assisted stretching, and acupressure point stimulation to alleviate tension in the body.
